Where are you located?
Retail Market Shop is run from 71 Saratoga Ave, Rochester, NY 14608, USA. We are an online store, so every order ships from our partner warehouse or arrives by email. Call ahead on +1 585-454-4552 if you would like to arrange a visit to our office.
How long does delivery take?
Physical items leave the warehouse within one business day. Standard shipping takes 3 to 6 business days and costs $6.45, or ships free on orders over $59. Express takes 1 to 3 business days for $15.25.
How do I pay?
Place your order online and we email a secure payment link within one business day. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Apple Pay. We never ask for card details on our own pages.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. New York State and local sales tax is added based on the delivery address (8% in Monroe County) and shown on your invoice before you pay.
How do gift cards and software codes arrive?
By email, usually within a few hours of payment and the same day in most cases. Codes are final sale once delivered, but if a code does not work we will sort it out with the issuer.
What is your return policy?
Unused physical items in the original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. See the refund and return policy for details.
Is there a discount code?
Yes, MARKET10 takes 10% off eligible items. It does not apply to gift cards or to today's market special, which is already reduced.
